WHY I LIKE TO WRITE ABOUT THE FEMALE GENDER

A couple of days after I posted my poem Solphia online, I got a message from a senior poet who criticized my poems saying they are profane and mundane; he thinks they are all about women and confirmed it was the reason why he stopped commenting and liking them.
he advised I should stop writing for people's girlfriends and find something better to do with poetry rather than focus on the female folk.

Talking about Jesus Christ, the first thing that comes to mind is Christianity, a religion but Jesus came for the secular world and he didn’t establish any religion.

Jesus is a necessity for the world not to be limited any religion however; the religious cults have limited him to themselves and to others alone. Some call him human being, some say he's a prophet all in support of their religious believes but none of these truly define Jesus.

There is a general believe in the Christendom that Jesus was 100% God; 100% Man, That's a very wrong school of thought. I’ve heard people say they saw Jesus in their dreams; a very handsome Whiteman in white robe, that’s always the picture, if most of them had seen an ugly black man in black robes; they would have said they saw the devil even though he reveals the mind of God. If it was true they saw Jesus then it was God trying to speak to them using what they believe Jesus to be and that testifies to the fact that they don’t have the real idea of Jesus’ identity. Some call him prophet but they are also wrong.

UNWHOLESOME SILENCE

Silence, they say, is golden but I have seen time and time again that being silent when you should speak against things that affect you is perfect stupidity.
The world gets worse everyday not because we have more bad people but because we have a lot of good people who are dumb.
Yesterday, the boys with me and I were to go to a depot to bring the drinks we have booked for an event when it was obvious they are very tired. There was no way they could have lifted those drinks without breaking down.

SEX CRIMES

What you don't know, they say, is your Master and I found this to be very true.
I found out how people worship what should worship them and take for granted what they should hold to heart.
I found out a lot of people are limited and are comfortable being limited at their own detriments because they are afraid of looking foolish to people by searching for knowledge.

Sometime ago I was talking to a Lady who obviously have issue with her sex life about my write up which was meant to unravel the mystery about sex in all totality but, despite I have sent the advert to her on severally and she broadcasted it, she does not know what to do to be a part.
I sent the broadcast to her again and she asked me "how do I register?" And from there I knew the problem was English language; too much grammar. Oyinbo!!!

JESUS CHRIST: A SAVIOUR, NOT A CHRISTIAN

Christianity is one of the most popular and most practiced religions in the world, to its devotees; it is the only way to God. It came into existence some 40 years after the ascension of Jesus Christ the acclaimed founder but unknown to many, Jesus didn’t even hear of the name "Christians" before his ascension to heaven and he didn’t initiate it. It was after he ascended to heaven that the heathen saw his devotees and disciples trying to live like him that they called them “Christians” which means “Christ-likes”. And it happened in Antioch.

The name was adopted by them; they tried to live by it until it becomes a religion. Someone said religion is man’s way back to God, this is true. Before the coming of Christ, man had many ways back to God but the only acceptable one was Judaism and after the coming of Jesus who said “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except though me” Judaism became invalid and Jesus became the only acceptable way to God and whosoever believes in him has embraced the only way to God. The Christians claim to believe this but their doctrines says otherwise, they made it look as if believing in Jesus Christ is not only the way back to God but a combination of believing in him and trying to live like him.

Their belief make them to try to live by the laws in the Judaists scriptures which they claim Jesus didn’t scrap but fail to understand what fulfilling the laws on their behalf means. Living by those laws means they, like other religions have decided to find their own ways back to God. They believe Jesus only set a pace for them on how to live and when they fail to meet up, they say his death is the grace given to keep trying. However, the grace brought by Christ means you can live without trying to fulfill the laws since he did that already. Other than eating the last supper by his disciples which is not a compulsion, Jesus did not make any doctrine. He came so that man can have relationship with God; love God and fellow human being which he said embodies all laws and prophets that brought about series of doctrines. Jesus didn’t establish any religion; he fulfilled them and whosoever 'believe' in him will be saved. John 3:16.

Christianity is not only based believe in Christ and telling others about him which is the real deal; it is a glorified Judaism, a cult manipulated with self-made, wrongly interpreted and outdated doctrines and laws that discourage people for whom Jesus Christ died to believe in him, confess him and be saved.

If 'Christians' is a name to be adopted then it must only be adopted by people that believe in, rely on Jesus and tell others about him, perhaps performs signs and wonders in order for the people to believe just as Jesus himself did, not people who want to look best among others in the name of religion by tying to live like Jesus Christ.

Having read the Bible cover to cover critically, scholarly and spiritually; examining each statement made in it as it relate to the person spoken to, the speaker, and the covenant and context under which they speak, I have found out there is only one criteria for getting back to God and making heaven. It is ‘believe’ in Jesus Christ.

Regardless of your religion, so far it is not a way of worshiping Satan or claiming allegiance to him, this simple act of believing in Jesus Christ as the son of God; one’s Lord and savior is enough to save you.

Religion is the umbrella under which people hide their prides in order to look better than others even though they can’t meet up. That makes no sense to God. The most important thing is to believe in Jesus Christ and it doesn't matter whether you choose to answer the name Christian or not. The perfection comes by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord not in trying to live like him.

Regardless of dedications to religious activities, the only set of people that will make heaven is those that believe and doesn’t renounce their belief that Jesus is their lord and savior.

If it were not so, Jesus would have told Nicodemus otherwise when he came to meet him at night asking what he could do to be saved. He was told he needed to be born again and proper contextualization of john 3 of the bible made it clear that being born again simply mean to believe in Christ.

Believers in Christ are however commissioned to preach Jesus (the word) so others can be saved. This is the most reasonable way to show they appreciate the death of Jesus Christ for them. What saved them is the fact that they believe in Christ, not because they tried to live like him. The act of telling people about Jesus Christ is the most reasonable thing to do for God. No one can live as holy as Jesus Christ did, though trying to do so could be gain but it is useless if it will stop others from accepting Christ.

Learning about Jesus Christ and telling others to believe in him is mankind’s most reasonable service to God.

It is the responsibility of the Holy Ghost which they receive after accepting Christ as their Lord to help them turn away from their wrong doings but the Christians have left their jobs and took that of the Holy Ghost.

All a man (human being) need to be saved is to just believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God who died for his sins. Going to church is only profitable if it helps people to live in love, learn more and depend on Jesus Christ whom they believe without which going it will be as useless as the 'p' in psychology.

Some believe church is about a building where a group of people (Christians), gather together to live by certain doctrines they culled from the bible in order to look best among others but that's not it.

Church means the gathering of people that believe in the same thing thus the true meaning of "Church of Christ" is the gathering of those who believe in him. For instance, if the whole of Africa believes in Christ, they have become the church of Christ as long as they do not renounce him. It is not only about a building called Church.

                                                                                                       

Do you want to accept the word (Jesus Christ) into your life?

Say this out to yourself and mean it:

“OH LORD JESUS, I ACCEPT YOU AS THE SON OF GOD AND AS MY SAVIOR WHO DIED FOR MY SINS”.

You can take his yoke by telling people about him, mind you, don’t force people, it is ungodly to do so.

As simple as it look, if you TRULY BELIEVE it, you don't need to be a Christian and if you are a Muslim you don't need to change. This is not a religion but a necessity.

Just believe and you are saved. The fight is not between human race and God but between God and Satan and in order to be on God's side that declaration is all you need.

However you can lose this safety just the way you got it if you claims allegiance to Satan by either confessing him as lord, worship him and accept things: money, fame and power or other things from him. That is the only form of backsliding and the only way through which you can call Jesus your lord, heal in his name and yet not make heaven.

If you believe this is not for you but you believe it is true, please share with people you think might need it, share as many times as you can and spread the gospel. I tell you, for as many that read this and believed, you will have your reward in heaven. Take me by my words.

THE DIDACTIC EYESORE (THE LESSONS I LEARNT FROM PROSTITUTES)

Sometimes ago I strolled down to a brothel in my hood, I really didn’t know why I went there but nothing was around to stop me. I got there, sat in the bar, as I watched other dudes sat, sipping beer and looking satisfied after a short time service from the call-girls.

Where I sat quietly, one of the call girls who must have thought I had a lot of money on me, though older than me came dancing seductively. She shakes her backside to the rhythm of the music while I was there dreaming a doggy style with her for the whole night. She was all in my head, she went away from the light waiting for me to come and I did.

Shh! I called her and she slouched closer. I want us to have fun with each other I whispered unconvincingly, placing my hand around her waistline.

 She angrily shoved off my hand and demanded for bluntly.

“How much?” I asked,

 “3500 for short time” she replied with a waving whisper.

“3500!!!” I queried and wondered why a reasonable man would pay 3500 for less than two minutes enjoyment with a prostitute.

“You be virgin?”  Na today you start to dey carry Ashawo? She angrily asked and slouched away.

She was right, I was a virgin. I left and went to a near by hotel without trying to find out what spirit is pushing me to do a thing like this for the first time.

At the bar of the hotel I sat at a corner to watch guys smoke, drink and negotiate with the available call-girls, for either short time or TDB (till daybreak) fun. Where I was sitting, I set my eyes on a half-cast-like, well dressed and too tender to be called a call-girl, I presumed she was the bar manager but I was wrong, she also had a bunch of keys in her middle finger like the other call-girls. I wondered what could have driven that angelic girl to prostitution but I couldn’t draw lines on my thought before I asked her for the night, “N5000” she insisted but I managed to beat down her price to N3000.

Though I had no penny on me, I followed her to her room where the TV was watching the ready bed. In order to avoid an imminent disgrace, I acted as if I was making call but it wasn’t going to work out, so I told her to strip so I would see what I am paying for, she declined insisting she’s not my girlfriend therefore I should pay her first, before that she already tore the condom and ready to wear it on me, answer me if you wan f.ck, or go out make I go hustle; time dey go beg. As I showed no sign of seriousness, she stood by the door and ordered me to go out.

Though I still didn’t know what pushed me there and I wouldn’t have escaped if I had money on me but even without the fun, the experience was didactic. I learnt the secret of having a successful career from the world’s oldest and one of the most condemned profession.

I learnt that prostitutes are epitome of determination as a result of right promising. They have two major goals; to make money and to have fun but they will never place having fun ahead of money making, they show no sentiments, they understand the second can always come before the first but the first which they need most won’t come if they place the second first.

Another quality they possess is undiluted focus, they are ready to go to bed with anyone, physically challenged or not as far as they are first assured of their payments. Their major focus is money making and they won’t trade it for any bed magician, a man’s stunning look or outfits. All these do not make any sense to them if they find out you aren’t going to pay them or compliment their duties well discharged with more cash.

The only set of guys that gets their attention is the ones that could spend their salaries on them.

They don’t also care about what name the guys call them, not even how they look at them; what matters to them is that you pay them for their services. That’s focus.

The pedagogical aspect of this eyesore should be imbibed by all men that desire to be successful in all works of life.

Just as a prostitute would never compromise her priority which is to make money first so they should learn to set their priorities and follow up regardless of any distraction. Another smart aspect of them is that you have to pay them before service if not they won’t allow you on them regardless of how aroused you are.

This is a street smart lesson that we ought to apply to our business; assuring payments for great services delivered to avoid unnecessary arguments with customers.

Just as they will ignore all insults, look down on all forms of disgrace to sleep with any man and get their payment in full, anyone that aspires to be successful career, marital and spiritual life should be able to detach themselves from what they think people would say about them for doing what they do and move on to apply the right principles that it takes to achieve their set goals.

MALADORATION: THE UNHOLY INVENTION

Maladoration is the act of worshiping, admiring and adoring, a spirit, person, an entity or a thing when it is wrong to do so, especially when the worshiped is lower to the worshiper.

This act is as old as human existence; it started centuries ago when human race first began to question to question the true existence and identity of the omnipotent God. They were tired of worshiping an “imaginary GOD” but understood there was a supernatural power that controlled their actions so they made for themselves craving images, first out of clay and later gold and silvers. The act of worshiping graving images transcended to the act of worshiping statues of their ancestors who they believed possessed some extraordinary powers at death. They believed they have authority over them and has ability to protect them.

In Africa, most traditions give room for maladoration, their ancestral believes started from the worship of the river goddesses, mountains, stones, trees and other inanimate which they belief possess some superior spirits and extraordinary powers. They believe these things have some sort of omniscient control over them, they believe they provide them with certain needs after certain sacrifices and rituals.

For those that practice such maladoration, they only lack basic understanding of who they are and what they worship really are. Aside from river goddesses that god gave some powers, there is nothing inanimate that has life and spirit that can communicate to human and even if they do, none of them including the river goddesses deserves our worship because we are made superior to them by the creator and worshiping them is like God worshiping us.

SULE, THE UGLY CHECHE (THE SELF-ESTEEM WAR)

Sometime ago, a good friend of mine from North America sent me a message saying "hi, ugly boy” and I replied, "hello beautiful lady” without giving it a real thought. But if it were some six, seven years before now, it would have got me thinking and depressed, blaming God for making me ugly and perhaps my mom for settling for my father whom I look exactly like. Talking about some six, seven years ago; when I was still in high school; a remarkable event took place, a self-esteem war that changed my name to "Sule, The Ugly Cheche."It was a Lully morning in the school premises after a show of shame with a group of girls, my classmates who had to fight for their beautiful friend, Esther, whom I became an embarrassment to just by asking her out. I was in SSS 3 and preparing for my final exams when it happened, they raised the chorus "Sule, Ugly Cheche" and invited junior students to back them up, their song was a sharp arrow, it pierced my heart and reduced me to a toy but I became madder that the guys standing could not stop them. All of them faulted me thus I was lonely and helpless in midst of crowd.

THE ECLESIASTIC MAD WOMAN

She comes here every day, sweeping, packing and disposing all by herself. She’s uninterested in what anyone has to say about her, she sweeps as if it is a wage-bound labor based on time. What a perfect way to demonstrate her diligence.

Had the street boys hanging around did the same thing, wealth will not be unfriendly with them.

Alas! They say she’s insane, compilations of all troubles of her life in her small head busted it, maybe it is self induced, a tale of ‘what you sow you shall reap’ but whichever it is, unconcerned she does her sweeping.

Her masterly command of Yoruba language and accurate response to all questions asked made me doubt her insanity. Only her legs that are painted purple like fowls marked for Christmas and her over-powdered face cemented her place in the assembly of lunatics.

She sweeps and begs for money to enable her dispose the dirt on the debris, she maintained her composure if no one reaches out to her, she gave no room for self-pity and always insisted on paying the ‘Aboki’(cart pusher) who was to help her dispose the dirt on the debris.

She knees saying heartwarming thank you anytime Aboki volunteers to dispose for free. Surely the sanitation of the sane is not as sane as that of this insane.

If insanity nurtures such lucidity she is sane and we all are insane.

Her ecclesiastic lifestyle preaches diligence, self-respect, humility, integrity and gratitude.

She has a passion to see the surrounding clean regardless of whether she lives there or not.

She sweeps and sweats and won’t leave any dirt untouched, that’s diligence.

She does the sweeping giving no attention to what people had to say about her and she insisting top pay the Aboki despite her poor status is self-respect.

Having to beg for alms to discard the dirt without feeling she deserved to be favored by passersby is humility, an active ingredient of greatness.

It was an act of integrity when she insisted on paying the Aboki even when he insists on not collecting money from her.

Bending her kneels to say thank you for every money given to her was an act of gratitude, an act that can spur God to action.

No motivational book writer will make any mistake of omitting any of the above qualities when writing on how to be successful in life.

Now, let this mad woman teach us how to live and be successful.

And if truly insanity nurtures such virtues then all that want to be successful must pray to be plagued with her type of insanity.

WHAT ABOUT THE HOMOSEXUALS?

On the 26th of June 2015, USA legalized gay marriage and religion bigots raised eyebrows, they consider it eyesore and the greatest sin against God.

In Nigeria, a lot of people feel once these happen; God would destroy such nation like he did to Sodom and Gomorrah. I wonder how and where they got their facts from but regardless of where they got their facts, it is a testimony that they do not truly recognize the God they seem to be defending. Why would God destroy a nation for a sin that isn't his most hated when they commit his most hated one and he overlook? All these indoctrinations are because people, especially the Christians are made to believe that it was simply because of homosexuality that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.

Can someone show me where this is recorded in the whole Bible?

Not that I'm writing in support or against homosexuality or the legalization of their marriage, No! What I'm against is our hypocrisy in the name of religion. We quote scriptures that we don't understand and most times we think we can defend God when we don't make attempt to even know him; what he want and what he doesn't.

Prior to this, Japan and other European countries of the world have legalized Adultery and the religious people made not so much noise about it as they do now, probably because they consider it natural or a part of culture.

Nigerians in particular would not have gone against legalizing such since it align with their culture and justifies their ways of life but the same sets of people who are guilty of adultery condemns homosexuality and think they are holy to God while the homosexuals are the sinners. Hypocrites!

NOMOPHOBIA (ADDICTION TO PHONES)

You might be asking, “What is nomophobia?” I did too. But when I found out what it was I realized I had it. We know a phobia is a fear of something which can cause anxiety and stress. Usually, the amount of stress or anxiety doesn’t correspond to the level of danger that actually exists and so it is ultimately irrational.

What is “NOMO” Nomo is an abbreviation for “No mobile phone”. The term was created after a study a few years ago found that 53% of mobile phone users tended to be anxious when they “run out of battery or no longer had network coverage” etc. So nomophobia is the fear of being out of contact with your mobile phone! Stop now and think…

What if you lost your mobile phone? Did that cause you to panic?

LOVING THE UNSUNG (SHOWING LOVE TO THE UNLOVABLE)

When Jesus was asked which was the greatest of the commandments, he replied: to love God and the other which is like unto it, to love your neighbor just like yourself. Some might consider this easy but it’s really not.

Jesus understood well what he said, it wasn't a mistake.

He knew without loving your neighbor as yourself, you can never love or have relationship with God. How can you hate your neighbor and claim to love God? It is impossible.

One of the reasons why we find it hard to love is the way we pass judgment over others as if we are perfect too.

We have become a generation of hypocrites. God knows this and that's why it is written, "judge not so you would not be judged."

He knows it is impossible to show love to someone you pass judgment on.

All over the world, there is war against racism but the war can't be won until the issue of judging others has been fully addressed.

Let people understand the uniqueness in our differences.

Let no man be judged based on the color of his skin, sexuality, religion and culture.

Let no one think he is superior to the other.

I recently chastised a respected friend of mine for saying he hated gays.

That is wrong for anyone that claims to love God.

No Man has any moral justification to hate another Man but his claim just like others comes out of being judgmental which often lead to discrimination.

This is one cause of disunity in my country, Nigeria, the Igbos sees Yorubas as evils while the later see the Igbos as criminals and inferior.

Both sees Housas as inferior to them and tag them Boko Haram even though most of them know nothing about the insurgence.

How can you love someone you consider harmful and inferior when you are suspicious and proud?

What has a Man's choice of being a gay got to do with your life?

Does one by being a lesbian, heterosexual or a bisexual stop your own progress in life?

Do these choices of theirs hinder your relationship with God?

If you can't help them, don't compound their problems by judging them.

The fact is you are yet and not interested in knowing why they ended up that way so why pass judgment on them?

DESTINY: THE GOD-INVENTED MYSTERY

A young mother that life has placed in a corner, even though she can get better, she can't enhance her destiny. she will automatically stop when she reach the peak.

READING FROM THE CHRISTIAN BIBLE, the genealogy of mankind starting from Adam; The first man on earth to the Israelite the chosen nation and to this day. I found out a Godly weakness, a coat-tailistic mystery called destiny. I learnt about how it affect Human behaviours, Making some great and some small, some famous and some unknown, some Heroes and some Villains. How the ones with great destinies are glorified for it and ones with not so fantastic destinies are blamed for their fates.

I ALSO FOUND OUT A TRAGEDY that human being are forced to deal with, the fact that destiny can only be faulted and unfulfilled but cannot be enhanced by them. This explains why Jacob, who later became Israel in the Christian Bible, was greater than his elder brother Esau. That he bought birthright and also took his blessings wasn’t accident, it was predestined and prophesied right from their birth that Jacob, thought the second born would be greater than Esau, the First born.

Even if Jacob had not done those things he did, he would still be greater than Esau.

FECUFENISM (THE INSATIABLE QUEST FOR SELFISH GAINS)

TALKING ABOUT FECUFENISM, we must first understand its true meaning.

Fecufenism is defined as the insatiable quest for something wrongly; it maybe power, pleasure or wealth.

Fecufenism is older than human existence; it was first displayed by Satan in heaven which led to his fall. The first human being to practice fecufenism was Eve, the first woman on earth and she influenced the first man, Adam with it. They displayed this strait by eating the fruit which God told them not to eat simply because the devil told them they will be like God. They would not have eaten the fruit if Satan had not told them that.

FECUFENISM IS SATAN'S MOST HANDFUL TOOL to destroy humanity, it comes with momentary pleasure which often does not last long but made look irresistible through the employment of lustand made look real and last a little longer by infatuation.

Many have lost their values, lives and souls as a result of fecufenism.

Man's selfish nature and ego makes them more vulnerable to fecufenism than any other creature. this is why people ignorantly seek continuous power, pleasure and attention  are the ones that are easily trapped by irresistible charm of fecufenism. 

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE WORLD IS SUSTAINED BY FECUFENISTIC IDEOLOGIES.
